  • Week 1-2: Building Strong Foundations
    • Introduction to yoga principles and basic postures
    • Developing body awareness and proper alignment
    • Cultivating strength and stability
  • Week 3-4: Deepening Your Practice
    • Exploring Arm balancing postures and variations
    • Enhancing flexibility and improving balance
    • Introduction to breathwork techniques for relaxation and focus
    • Week 5-6: Body and Mind Connection
      • Cultivating mindfulness through movement and breath
      • Understanding the mind-body connection in yoga practice
      • Introducing basic meditation techniques for stress reduction
    • Week 7-8: Integration and Confidence
      • Vinyasa transitions
      • Headstand and inversions
      • Emphasizing self-care and listening to your body’s needs

Price: $320 for the full program.
