Join our 8-week program twice a week, designed specifically for beginners like you.

Starting from August 7th to September 25th.

With small class sizes you’ll receive personalized attention and guidance throughout your journey.

Twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays at 6 pm

 we will ensuring you develop a solid understanding of basic postures and essential yoga principles.

Over the course of the program, you’ll gradually build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Our program goes beyond physical practice. We’ll guide you in exploring the mind-body connection, deepening your understanding of how yoga can positively impact your overall well-being.

 Through basic meditation techniques, you’ll learn to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity.

By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll feel confident and empowered in your yoga practice.

    • Understanding the mind-body connection in yoga practice

    • Vinyasa transitions
    • Headstand and inversions
    • Emphasizing self-care and listening to your body’s needs
